Dionicio has grown up in a family that has been planting and producing agave for over 15 years. His experience in agave cultivation and Mezcal production makes him an expert and an ideal Mezcal teacher.
Vanessa Beristain
Vanessa is an expert and knowledgeable about different species of agaves such as wild and cultivated. She has experience in the process of mezcal production and Mezcal flavors.
