Christian Josue
He is qualified, bilingual and experienced in labeling regulations and promoting mezcal nationally and internationally. He is also knowledgeable about the whole manufacturing process.
Dionicio Mateo
He is a specializer in agave harvesting. Dionicio has grown up in a family that has been planting and producing agave for over 30 years. His experience in agave cultivation and Mezcal production makes him an expert in the team.
Ramy Garcia
He is qualified, passionate, trained and bilingual. Ramy not only knows the mezcal production process intimately. He has worked closely with master mezcal makers at family-owned distilleries. He knows and has experienced the hard work behind a bottle of mezcal.
